Wisconsin (/ w ɨ s ˈ k ɒ n s ɨ n /) is a U.S. state located in the north-central United States and is part of the Midwest and Great Lakes regions. It is bordered by Minnesota to the west, Iowa to the southwest, Illinois to the south, Lake Michigan to the east, Michigan to the northeast, and Lake Superior to the north. Wisconsin is the 23rd most extensive and the 20th most populous of the 50 United States. Wisconsin's capital is Madison, and its largest city is Milwaukee. The state is comprised of 72 counties. Who's saying anything about making it illegal? That's not even possible. You're completely overreacting. I definitely don't think it should be "illegal" but it shouldn't be a requirement either. If you come to a foreign country, you can't expect their citizens to cater to you. It doesn't work that way, nor should it. Answer me this: Why is it that American tourists are constantly lampooned for supposedly expecting Europeans to speak English, but nobody bats an eye when Central/South Americans who permanantly move to the US expect everyone here to speak Spanish?
